SoPure hit the road for our first event of 2018 last week — the IFT South Eastern Food Industry Expo. The event in Atlanta was hosted by the southeast regional section of the IFT, with attendees representing all areas of the food industry from manufacturing to retail/consumer goods to research & development and much more.
The SoPure team was on hand to exhibit our beverage prototypes, formulated with our proprietary blend of stevia. Visitors to the booth tasted our samples first hand, with many surprised that such delicious flavors could be sweetened and enhanced using stevia.
With another successful event wrapped out, the SoPure roadshow continues as we travel to meet with food & beverage companies and our future business partners from across the globe. Much work remains to raise education on the next generation of stevia and how new varieties of glycosides will change the way we reduce sugar.
